Appartement proche Champs Elysées !

The studio is located in the heart of Paris, around 500 meters from Champs Elysées and Arch of Triumph (5 min by walk) and 1 stop away from La Defense by RER.

The flat is 8 m² and is located in a great standing and quiet and secure building. It is a very safe area, in the 16th district, just minutes away from the Champs Elysées.

The flat is fully equiped and was entirely renovated in 2010. There is a sofa bed for 2 people with blankets and disposable bedsheets. Nevertheless, we recommend you to bring your own bedsheets. One desk is available for work.

One private Bathroom with shower and real private WC. We do not provide towels. An other WC is also available in the corridor.

The flat is equiped with a kitchen with fridge, electric hob, kitchen sink, place settings and an italian coffee maker.

A heating is available. Very quiet area and appartment. 6th floor (with no elevator), please make sure this is fine for you or have breaks between the different floors. Caretaker.

The flat has also a free 24/24 wifi access !

It is a perfect place to discover Paris for one or two people in a couple of days as it is very centrally located and fully equiped. As the flat is small, please make sure to travel light (large suitcases are not recommended).

Keys are available 24h/24 in a secured box with passwords. So late check in and early check out are possible !

Check out is 11 am, then the housekeeper clean the flat until 2 pm where check in starts.

It is a non smoking flat.

You can catch the line 1, RER A (to go to Disney), ligne 6, ligne 2 at 5 min by walk,by walking 8 min. Supermarkets and restaurants, movie theaters, very famous nightclubs, nearby. The Champs Elysées are juste at 5 min walk!!!!

And you will be BY YOURSELF, NO SHARING, JUST YOU!

How to go to the flat ?

From Orly Airport : Take a bus and go to Pont De Rungis Aeroport D'Orly (RER C) then change at Denfert Rochereau and take line 6 (tube) and stop at Charles De Gaulle-Etoile. (around 1 hour)

From Charles de Gaulle Airport : Take RER B to Chatelet and then take RER A to Charles de Gaulle Etoile. (around 1 hour)
