This is a bright and friendly apartment in a historical building (1890) right next to Augarten, one of Vienna’s most beautiful parks. It is located in the 20. district (Brigittenau) and close to the city centre. The size of the apartment is approximately 68 m² and it is suitable for 2-4 people. The tastefully decorated apartment, which combines modern and antique elements was renovated entirely in 2011. With its high ceilings and impressive doors it exudes a special historical charm.
This apartment contains a well-designed bedroom and living room with an amazing view over the park. The bedroom features a king size bed and a desk. The living room is furnished with a big couch, which can also be transformed into a bed. Furthermore it is equipped with a dining area, which seats up to 6 people. The new and modern kitchen contains a stove with ceramic hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and offers ample working space and storage in the upper and lower cupboards. Moreover you can enjoy our Wi-Fi in the apartment.
The state of the art bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower, basin, hair dryer and a towel dryer. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and has its own window. The generous and bright hall contains a built in closet with sufficient space for clothes, bed sheets and a washing machine. Apart from the bathroom and toilet the flat is installed with oak parquet flooring.
This is a non-smoking apartment. On request we are happy to provide cribs or extra beds.
The main entrance to Augarten is directly opposite the house and is a popular spot for going for a walk and relaxing. Moreover it has a playground and pool for children. Supermarkets, bakeries, doctors and pharmacies are located in close proximity. The city centre can either be reached by walking through the park or public transport. The U4 underground station is within close distance of the apartment. The tram stations Gaussplatz/Klosterneuburger Strasse of the lines 2 and 31 are located only a view minutes from the apartment. Additionally several buses towards the centre stop right in front of the building.
