The apartment has 2+2 beds and is suitable for accommodation of couples, a family with 1-2 children or three or four close friends.
It is located in a new building on the first floor above the ground floor, with view to the quiet inner yard. It consists of a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a terrace accessed both from the living room and the bedroom.
The living room, the dining room and the kitchen constitute one premise with functionally separated recreation area, dining area and cooking area. The basic equipment is built-in. The guests will have an oven, ceramic hot plates, extractor hood, fridge with a freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle, sandwich toaster, crockery and cutlery, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer. The recreation area is furnished with a modern leather sofa which when extended turns into a comfortable bed.
The bedroom is a spacious separate room. The double bed can be split into two twin beds, according to your preferences.
The bathroom is unique and in designer style. A sliding door separates the toilet with bidet and a built-in wall structure. The shower enclosure with glass partitions is equipped with hydro-massage shower panel and steam bath.
The apartment is equipped with two air-conditioners Daikin, free wireless internet, steel entrance door and window glasses, exterior shutters, high quality alarm system.
Nearby there is a large paid parking lot.

VIP APARTMENT ALEGRIA is offered by the owner and can be rented for at least 3 nights.

Rent 31 – 42 EUR per day in the period from 1 October – 31 May and 37 -52 EUR per day in the period from 1 June- 30 September.

The price includes all costs for electricity, water, TV, internet, hygienic supplies, weekly cleaning, bed linen and towels.
For stays longer than 3 days, we provide free shuttle service from/to Varna Airport!
