Steps from the building you will find the Light Rail Station as well as the bus stop for the New Jersey Transit buses. The trip to the city usually takes 15 minutes (at peak hours it could be 30 minutes).
Convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, clothing stores and laundry that are usually open until late (many of them up to midnight) and are within walking distance.
There are also bakeries, restaurants and food trucks from different countries all of them within walking distance.
Blvd East is only 4 blocks where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Manhattan, take panoramic pictures and if you are a fan of walking, running or biking you will have a great experience.
Off street parking is available for an extra fee.

Bus fare to the city vary between 2.70-3.50 depending on the line and amount of tickets you buy.
Keep in mind that NY and NJ transportation are different entities and therefore the passes you buy for NY are not valid for the buses and trains of NJ and vice-versa.
