Lage der Wohnung , im Grünen - Waldnähe – und dennoch zentral d.h. Fußweg 15 Minuten zum Zentrum und der gemütlichen Altstadt mit ihren schönen Kneipen und Geschäften. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfes befinden sich in nächster Nähe (500 m) . Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Besonders attraktiv ist die Lage der Wohnung im Hinblick auf die vielfältigen Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
