Ruhige, geräumige und zentrale Wohnung im Bezirk Montmartre von Paris. Die Wohnung habe ich liebevoll im Herbst 2013 renoviert. Sie befindet sich im 4. und letzten OG. eines traditionelles Pariser Altbaus. Leider kein Fahrstuhlt ist vorhanden aber dafür eine schöne alte typische Pariser Altbausholztreppe.
Die Wohnung erreicht man durch den grünen, ruhigen Hof. Von den Fenstern, was die Räume sehr schon belichten lassen, sieht man den Himmel und die Spitzen der Basilique von Sacre Coeur.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Ehebett und ist nur partiell vom Wohnzimmer getrennt. Im Wohbereich, in dem man schön sitzen kann, befindet sich auch ein Bettsofa. Dadurch können 2 zusätzlich Personen, z.B. Kinder, aber auch 2 Erwachsenen -wobei das Ehebett schon etwas bequemer ist als das Schlafsofa - schlafen können.
In der Nähen der Wohnung: schöne Plätze, Strassen, Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermarket. Die nächste U-Bahstation ist die Jules Joffrin.
Ich bin aus Paris, mit italienischen Wurzeln, ich liebe diese Stadt und kann gern helfen mit Geheimtippen und Ratschlägen, wie man am besten Paris (auch als Paname von Einheimischen genannt) erkundet.
Für die Gäste, die vom Flughafen Charles de Gaulle kommen, hier eine Wegbeschreibung: RER B nehmen und am gare du Nord aussteigen. Die Fahrt dauert 42 Minuten (schneller geht es eigentlich nicht!) Von dort dann nur noch 10 Minutes. In die Metrolinie 4 einsteigen, Richtung Port de Clignancourt, und nach 2 Stationen am Chateau Rouge aussteigen. Arrivé!

Paris, Clignancourt, Île-de-France, France - 4th floor studio without elevator access
Quiet, spacious and central apartment in the Montmartre district of Paris. The apartment I have lovely renovated during 2013. It is located on the 4th and last floor of a traditional Parisian old building. Unfortunately, no elevator is available but a beautiful old typical Parisian old staircase will bring you to the flat.
The apartment can be reached through the green, quiet courtyard. Through the windows of the flat the rooms breceive a lot of light, so the flat is bright, you can see the sky and the tops of the of Sacre Coeur.
The bedroom has a double bed and is only partially separated from the living room. In dining room where you can sit nicely, there is also a couch-bed. This allows two additional persons, including children, but also 2 adults can sleep.
In the nearings of the apartment: beautiful places, streets, cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The nearest underground is Chateau Rouge and Jules Joffrin (line Metro M4).
I'm from Paris, with Italian roots, I love this city and can willingly help with Geheimtippen and advice, exploring how best Paris (also known as Paname by locals).
For guests arriving from Charles de Gaulle airport, here's a plan: take RER B and get off at the gare du Nord. The journey takes 42 minutes (there is nothing quicker actually!) From there, only 10 Minutes. In the metro line 4 enter, towards Port de Clignancourt, and get off after 2 stops at the Chateau Rouge. Arrivé!
