„Bei einigen Steckdosen hatte ich den Anschein, dass Vorsicht bei der Benutzung geboten war. Sie waren sehr alt und sahen nicht nach fachmännischer Installation aus. Das Bad und die Küche waren sehr alt aber funktionstüchtig. Wenn es nach den persönlichen Bedürfnissen gehen würde, dann würde ich beides Renovieren. Sehr angenehme Vermieterin. Die späte Anreise und die frühe Abreise in den Morgenstunden waren unproblematisch. Parkplätze sind zwar vor dem Haus vorhanden, aber viel zu wenige. Alle Parkplätze waren belegt."
