The house is situated in a quiet side street , the windows of the apartments are just to the courtyard. Parking is limited, but not impossible. The equipment is composed of a comfortable double bed, a sitting area, TV (cable), mini kitchenette with a small fridge, water boiler, microwave, (no cooking plate) , bathroom with shower & WC and a separate hallway with a large closet. Bed clothes, towels and final cleaning included. Electric iron and hairdryer available. No Wifi.

Cafés, restaurants and shops can be found on the nearby main road (about 200m walk ) . There is also the Underground/tram Station "Opladener Strasse". Travel time to the main station is approximately 10 minutes, downtown Shopping streets or the old town 15 minutes, and the Exhibition center and the airport approximately 30-40 minutes.
Also ideal for attending events in the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, which is directly accessible by subway in less than 10 minutes.
