New 3-room-apartment with overwhelming view over Dusseldorf; located very near to the business fair ground, for rent to visitors of the business fairs or sightseeing travellers. The apartment is ready furnished in modern style. The apartment has 50 m² of living space and consists of a living-room with comfortable sofa, TV, stereo and Internet; open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, with dishwasher, cooker with oven, microwave and fridge; coffee-machine, water-cooker, egg-cooker; 2 sleeping rooms with 3 separate beds, bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the 6th floor (lift up to 4th floor) and has its own roof-terrace with a nice panorama view of Dusseldorf.
We have an underground parking space for one car available, which can be leased for a small fee.
Please note that even if you book only with one person at least 85,- Euro per night will be charged for stays up to one week (after that price per week).
