We offer a spacious and light 65m² self-catering apartment in a century old house, within 15 minutes easy walking distance from the historic town centre. The apartment has been completely renovated this year and is located on the top floor of the house offering picturesque views of Cochem's castle.
Parking and a patio seating area in the garden are also available.
It has a double bedroom and also a sofa bed (pulls out to 1m16cm wide) in the living room so is suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 small children. A baby cot and high chair are also available on request.
The spacious living room with a pull out sofa bed has satellite TV with British TV Channels (BBC, ITV etc), a DVD player and board games are provided too.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self-catering needs with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer.
The newly renovated bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Prices also include all bedding and final cleaning.
Relax on the patio in the south facing garden, reserved exclusively for guests in the holiday apartment.
