Dear refuge-seekers!
We rent our cozy, furnished guest room (2nd floor)
overlooking a quiet courtyard in a lovely flat in Prenzlauer Berg - the heart of Berlin.
"The quietest room in which I have previously stayed in Berlin" - said guests already.
The room is very bright, with double bed, desk, wardrobe and cupboard furnished discreetly so that it provides enough space for your / integrate your luggage comfortably.
Here you get to your accommodation yet comfortable atmosphere and Berlin Pure Life.
There is a nice guest room (about 16 square meters in size, default 1-2 persons - double bed, max 3 people with extra mattress on the floor.) Equipped with a guest cloakroom, a desk with chair, a variety of books and if required: Included Television!
It is clean and tidy, well maintained flat - and the whole apartment.
We live here for two as a couple, speak English, German and some French.
We can both open and discreet - depending on the guest.
We look forward to exciting people from all over the world.

The apartment in "art nouveau" (old house) has a beautiful, large dining and living room with dining table, sofa, doors, stucco, balcony access, and a safe for valuables. This liberating acting, great room is the heart of the apartment and formally invites to socializing in a relaxed atmosphere. Here you can let your mind wander well, after a hard day's work or just exhausting exploration of the city.
Equally of course, is the kitchen for the guests.
The fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, large fridge, dishwasher, dishes, wine glasses, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, toaster serves for a leisurely breakfast as well as for a sumptuous dinner.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine that can also be used.

Transportation is located in Prenzlauer Berg just perfect!
The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the nearest metro (Eberswalder Street), S-Bahn (Prenzlauer Allee) or the tram stops ("Prenzlauer Allee / Danziger Straße" which directly drives a few minutes to Alexanderplatz or station " Husemannstraße "- this goes directly to the Warsaw road or in the opposite direction on Wall Park or the Berlin Wall).
Whether to the airport, the main train station, the exhibition center, to Mitte, Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain -
It is easily and quickly in every corner of the city.

You are in the old, alternative center of Berlin. From here you can easily reach all the cultural events, restaurants, cafes, supermarket in Prenzlauer Berg. Public transport runs until just before the front door - and virtually around the clock.
Numerous shopping opportunities, and a vibrant cultural scene and nightlife are right outside the door and wait for you. A large and beautiful market nearby. The famous Kollwitz market on which held a much-frequented weekly market. Or the East Side Park, with its popular Mauerpark flea market on Sunday.
