`GALLERY GUEST HOUSES´ right in central Berlin - more central it can hardly get ! - at yet calmly, all newly furnished accommodation places near Friedrichstrasse/ 'Checkpoint Charlie'; here we offer three separate apartments in similar size (ca. 100 sqm each) and equipment, named "Gallery Guest Houses Berlin Central".
In seven years now, due to our huge success, four times already we could extend and renovate our apartments ! We have an own Website with a.o. a Video of 05:20 min (ask for it).
Each apartment has 04 rooms, a balcony,
two bathrooms and toilets,
16 sleeping places in 10 single/double beds, completely new kitchen with dish washer, induction stove, spacious fridge, deep freezer etc., parquet(hardwood) floors all over, a dining area with west side window, where during dull weather you might sit comfortably and covered with a view; and situated within Garden and Park scapes. By this very suitable for both adult guests of every age, and children (playground inside).
Central room w/ LCD-TV, DVD-Player, HiFi, ADSL/WiFi, PC.
Locations are situated absolutely preferred: Potsdamer Platz, Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor/Brandenburg Gate 10-15 Min, Museum Island 20 Min. by foot, several tube lines nearby.
3 coffee machines, toaster, central heating, baking stove, induction stove, washing machine, deep freezer, 3 dining tables; on the balcony 2 folding tables.
The houses are situated within Garden/Park scapes - a very rare situation in central Berlin -, you´ll have also access to the garden.
You can get to `anywhere´ from here, and to a lot of important places by foot.
Shops, bars, restaurants you will find near you. Additional Safety Equipment in accordance with the provisions given by Berlin administration since 2010; security locks.
Price includes all extra costs, such as Towels, Linen/Sheets, energy, cold/hot water, Final cleaning etc. Additionally only comes the security payment.
