24 qm large, stylish 2-3 guest-room, with TV and WLan in a really nice flairy flat and charming part of town, in the center, 10 min with the Underground to Marienplatz, in 50 min direct from our place you have a railway-connection to the ALPS.

GREAT IN OUR TOWN IS TO GO BY BIKE: YOU GET YOUR HOLIDAY-BIKE IN OUR HOUSE for your fantastic trips, 20 min along our nice "ISAR" river-landscape to the Bavaria Filmstudios or to the center and the shopping-miles with English Garden and famous "Biergarten Chinesischer Turm" - I am born in Munich, my profession is filmmaking and I worked for 20 years as first AD in the international feature-film-business, so I know how to organize and I am happy to show you the best locations in my wonderful "Bavarian Heimat", according to your personal interests. You should be a little sportive, because our flat is in the 4th floor without elevator, but with luggage-service.
Single travallers coming to our comfortable guest-room get a special single-price: They pay only 75 EUR for the night!
You will get all guest-support you need for a wonderful trip to Munich. If you want to bring your kids, they are welcome and under 6 year they pay nothing.
