24 qm large, stylish 2-3 guest-room, with TV and WLan in a really nice flairy flat and charming part of town, in the center, 10 min with the Underground to Marienplatz, in 50 min direct from our place you have a railway-connection to the ALPS.
GREAT IN OUR TOWN IS TO GO BY BIKE: for your fantastic trips, 20 min along our nice "ISAR" river-landscape to the Bavaria Filmstudios or to the center and the shopping-miles with English Garden and famous "Biergarten Chinesischer Turm" - I am born in Munich, I am happy to help you with tipps according to your personal interests. Our flat is in the 4th floor without elevator.
For big family-trips I can offer although a second guest-room with two beds, in that case we need to talk about the price - call me or send me an e-mail and tell me, what you need - your munich hostess Sylvia

You should be a little sportive, because our flat is in the 4th floor without elevator, but with luggage-service.

You will get all guest-support you need for a wonderful trip to Munich. If you want to bring your kids, they are welcome and under 6 year they pay nothing.
