We are located in the "Maxvorstadt" (Schwabing), 15 minutes walk to Munich's center, the "Marienplatz" or the Karlsplatz (Stachus). Tram station in front of the house. Lively neighbourhood, lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities. Three international museums (Old Pinakothek, New Pinakothek and Modern Pinakothek) and two universities (LMU and TU) at the doorstep.
We offer an opulent breakfast and provide you with tips and information for Munich's city life. Munich's biggest gay danceclub.
As we have three guestrooms, entertainment is supplied ;-).
