Description
We rent out two rooms in an old building in the southern part Karlsaue in beautiful Kassel.
The apartment is very quiet and still super center. The center of a Orangery and the hand, and on the other hand are just a 10 minute walk. The beautiful Karlsaue is right outside the door. the railway
- And the bus stop "Am Weinberg" is just 4 minutes. My previous Documenta guests have everything but can do well on foot.
This room is to be described here, an east-rooms with private balcony overlooking the garden. A double bed (1.60 m with two separate mattresses) and the quiet location offer the best conditions for a restful sleep.
Breakfast as agreed. The small bathroom with tub contains everything needed man / woman.
Since we rent two rooms can possibly find your friends in the same apartment for a room. Look for the second display Zimmer am Auepark (Karlsaue)2
English-speaking guests are very welcome.

Sights and transport nearby
Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar; nahe am Auepark mit Orangerie. Viele meiner bisherigen Gäste haben bei der Ankunft ihr Auto abgestellt und es erst zur Abfahrt wieder benutzt. Auch Busse und Straßenbahnen gut erreichbar. Theater, Weihnachtsmarkt, Messehallen, Auestadion, Hessentagsgelände, Grimm-Museum, etc. etc.

"Wir wollten zur Documenta und so dicht dran wohnen, dass wir die Wege zu Fuß bewältigen. Volltreffer! Keine 5 Fußminuten bis zur Karlsaue. Von unseren drei Tagen ging gar nichts für Wege verloren. – In der Wohnung fühlten wir uns frei. Kein Gerangel um Bad oder Küche mit den Mietern im zweiten Zimmer. Der Schlaf war so erholsam wie in der Beschreibung versprochen. Den eigenen Balkon haben wir intensiv genutzt. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen und beherbergt worden. Und kommen gerne mal wieder. Nicht nur zur Documenta."
