documenta13 - best for couples
Here you can book the double bedroom, located in a nice and silent apartment, central located near by the station and documenta in a great ambience.
This really large flat (145 sqm) is located in a nice area of Kassel called “Vorderer Westen” in a "Jugendstyl"-house. There are four bedrooms, here you can book the room for two persons. The bedroom is quite large (about 20 sqm) with one bed (160 x 200 cm) and is good for a two persons. The room is silent and sunny with a look in green trees and have a really good ambiance. This room is my personal favorite!!!
The rate is 30€ per person and night.
This flat is a non-smoking-flat and there are no animals. Everybody who comes likes the natural and sunny ambience in this apartement.
This area of Kassel is near by everything: railway station “ICE-Bahnhof Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe” (5 min by tram), centre of Kassel & documenta (7 min by tram), tram station 100 m, restaurants, cafes, pubs, nice places and a park . You can use the kitchen for breakfast and beverages, everything is no problem! So we would be happy to see you!!!

Strategically located between the new ICE station and the center of the town.

"Wir hatten Glück, ein schönes Zimmer mit zwei Betten zubekommen, denn es gibt auch noch Mehrbettzimmer. Wenn viele Gäste da sind, wird es eng, ins Bad zu kommen. Zum Glück gibt es noch ein separates WC.
