The guest room is equipped with 1 wardrobe, 1 bed, 1 table and one chair. Bedlinen and towels are supplied.
Breakfast is not included but coffee and tea are given. The kitchen can be used. The host speaks English, French and Spanish. The host doesn't smoke but smokers are welcome. It takes two tram stops to get from Zülpicher Platz to the City Centre of Cologne (Neumarkt) and four tram stops to get to the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof). The most important sights (Dom (Cathedral), Old Town, Museum Ludwig, Philharmonie (philharmonic orchestra) are situated near the Central Station. There is a direct tram line (No. 9) from Zülpicher Platz to the Cologne Fair (10-minutes travel).
