Nicht weit vom Zentrum und allen Verkehrsgünstigen Anbindungen liegt meine Schöne Wohnung direkt am Schwerter Wald. Für Jogger bietet der Schwerter Wald Km.- lange Laufstrecken direkt um die Ecke. Keine 10min Fußweg durch den Wald gibt es einen ganz neuen Kletterwald mit mehreren Parcouren ( Kletterwaldfreischuetz ). Ein Gutes Restaurant ist direkt nebenan.
Ich Biete ein nettes kleines 9qm großes Zimmer in einer Kellereinlieger Wohnung in Ruhiger Atmosphäre, denn noch sehr Zentral und Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, alle Autobahnen in 5-10min zu erreichen A40 ( Bochum,Essen, Duisburg ), A44 ( Richtung Kassel ), A1 ( Köln oder Hamburg ), A2 ( Oberhausen oder Berlin ) also Perfekt für die Durchreise oder einen Geschäftlichen Aufenthalt.
Das Dortmunder Messegelände sowie das Signal Iduna Stadion, der Westfalen Park und die Westfalen Hallen sind nur etwa 7km entfernt und gut erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle ist etwa 200 m die Straße Runter, von dort aus ist alles Prima erreichbar Stadt, Messe, Stadion, Park. Auch ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Dortmunder Flughafen etwa 15min mit Auto oder Taxi.
