The highlight is the large sunny roof top terrace.

The penthouse is situated very quietly and located very centrally between two parks: Westpark and Bavariapark. The Parks are in 2min walking distance. Specially the Westpark is great for running!

The apartment is very stylish designed and is equipped with wooden parquet floor, italian designer wardrobes, dressers and bed are made of cherry wood, black leather sofa, Ligne Roset sofa for guests, Rolf-Benz Chaiselongue.

The flat has got the following facilities:

including a lounge area with a cozy leather
sofa, designer wardrobes and a
separate area for dining

A stone wall in the living and in the bed room complete the stylish ambience.

2) The first bed room is euqipped with a
kingsize bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside table
and a dresser.

3) The second bed room has got a very comfortable daybed
(140 x 200 cm) with extra mattress, large wardrobe, a bookcase and
a working table with an office chair.

3a) The second bed room or living room has a option for a third comfortable daybed (80 x 200 cm)

4) bright, modern built-in kitchen fully
equipped with dishes, fridge and freezer,
ceramic stove top, oven, dishwasher,
microwave, fume hood, water heater,
toaster, coffee machine

5) bright bath with daylight, bath tub and
mirror cabinet

6) Both roof top terraces are fully planted and
have got stylish and cozy rattan garden
furniture.

The identity card or passport of the renter and all habitants must be presented upon arrival, also a copy is made of it.

Please let me know early enough if more people than booked are coming!

The guest must comply with the standard volume controls and adhere to the general house rules that is posted in the stairwell.

The apartment door needs to be locked all the time - the guest is unfortunately responsible for damage caused by the intrusion of third parties etc.

The plants on the two terraces need always enough water by the watering-system. Thank you!

Broadcasting contribution to the public service broadcasters: The monthly broadcasting fee is to be paid by the tenant directly to Germany Radio Service and currently amounts to €17_50/month - not included in the rent, unless otherwise stated.

Upon departure, the dishes have to be rinsed (in the dishwasher)
and left clean in the cupboards.

Waste has to be disposed.

There is a deposit of €1000 or US-$1100 to be paid in cash at time of check-in. At time of check-out it is refunded if there are no damages or key losses!

During the Oktoberfest the deposit is 1500€ or US-$1700!

The apartment is located very centrally. You can take the underground, the bus or the urban railway.
The district Schwanthalerhöhe/ Theresienhöhe is located very centrally in the south/west of Munich. You reach the citycentre in app. 5 min. by metro (U-Bahn) or by walk in 15 min.

Some words from the host:

I'm very happy to live in Munich. But sometimes grabs me my wanderlust and then I like to go on longer trips. During this time, I rent the stylish roof terrace apartment in central Munich. The beautiful West Park with its lakes and several beer gardens will inspire you. In addition, the Bavaria Park with its beer garden is just around the corner.

While you're in my apartment, I will not be there. You have the apartment for your own. ;-)

I am an open person and am looking forward meeting interesting people. I like going in the mountains for hiking and climbing. I ski and am interested in art. I want to give my guests a the special feeling of home, so that they can feel comfortable in my apartment and in Bavaria.
