Please get in contact with your guest if he/she doesn’t get in contact with you. Please clarify the arrival time and other things.
After your accommodation is booked, you can accept or cancel the reservation within 24 hours. If you do not accept it within this period, the reservation is canceled automatically. If you haven't
seen the booking within 24 hours you are able to offer it again after this time period to the guest whereupon he has to confirm it again.
During Check-in of your guest:
We encourage our hosts to verify their guest’s identity on arrival. The guest should provide you with the booking number and some form of identification, like a passport. Only if this data is consistent with his/her profile data, should you let them stay at your house.
Please make sure your guest pays the accommodation price on arrival in the local currency.
We do not require that you give your guests house keys as standard procedure. Only if you rent out your whole accommdation, should you give your guest a pair of keys. However, if you do not want to provide your guest with keys, please arrange times to let him or her in. You can specify your preferred procedure of entry into the accommodation in the description field of your offer.
During the stay:
Unless you are convinced that it is safe to let somebody stay at your place, you should not leave objects of value or cash unattended or in plain sight within your accommodation.
