A beautiful design villa, constructed in 2010, situated in a privileged area of Sitges, called Quint Mar.
With panoramic sea views from the extra large terrace overlooking Sitges Hills.

Spend cozy evenings inside in our open plan living and dining area with extra high sloping wood ceilings, parquet flooring and fireplace. A perfect place for family gatherings or coktail evenings. Accordingly decorated in a modern style with elegant leather sofas, but we have made it functional and added an extra sleeping couch.
The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors on the top floor allow for an excellent sea and mountain view from the lounge room and breathtaking sunsets in the evening.

Teak chairs and table in the terrace, along with a few sunloungers. Every detail has been looked after when furnishing the villa so that you won't feel like something is missing.
On the ground floor, there's the 7 x 3m private swiming pool with outdoor shower for thrilling summers in the middle of nature. And yet, so close to Sitges centre and its attractions, an easy 5min drive.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric hob & hood, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, American fridge & freezer and all essentials. A must-stop room in the house.
There's a private garage in the villa, but if you don't feel like driving, you can make use of our free transport to the beach and the centre in the summer, from 09:00h to 18:00h. The rest of the year, lifts are just 10€.

With 5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors, you won't have to wait for your turn to have a shower. No more queuing!One of the bedrooms is so big that it can sleep up to 6 people.

Airport pick up:
Barcelona is very easy to reach by one highway which goes straight to the centre of Barcelona. We have two airports close-by: Barcelona (El prat) or Reus.
You can also fly to Girona and then take the train, bus or car which takes you about 90 minutes to reach the house. Please ask us for our cheap pick up rates from the airports.
We can also rent you one or two vans for 8 people each, including airport pick up and drop off in the price. We also have scooters / bicycles / cars and a Porsche Cayenne available. Simply ask us for our rates.

Sport service:
We have made an excellent deal with the local golf club. For reduced prices you can play golf, football, basketball, paddle or tennis or use the three swimming pools that they have. It is located just right next to the sea, it is a really beautiful place and you will love it to spend a day or just a few hours there.

Ski:
The ski areas are at a 2 hour drive. In April its possible to go skiing in the morning and lay on the beach in the afternoon.
