The Villa Caterina is a very central property, in a quiet and sunny location offering spectacular views of the mountains surrounding the valley of Sóller. It is very spacious. So everyone living there may enjoy peace and intimacy.

The villa offers all the comfort you wish for your holiday. A fully equipped kitchen with an ice cubes dispensing refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer … It is the kind of house where you just need to press a button for pretty much everything.

Caterina is practical and she wants her guests to enjoy a nice rest for holiday. That is why she has arranged everything so that efforts are only about pressing a button.

If you love reading, the villa has quiet terraces where you can immerge yourself in your favorite book. Well… that’s if you manage to concentrate on reading, because the mountains you see from these terraces invite you over to have a drink and spend quiet moments with friends and family.

If you want to make lasting friendships, you can meet the inhabitants of the Villa Caterina : three small turtles which, if you offer them salad leaves, will become your most grateful friends forever.

The pool is lovely, private and very intimate, but if what you want is the sea, the beach is just 200 meters from the house. You may also want to visit the Port of Sóller where you will find good restaurants and cafes as well as shops, souvenirs, supermarkets and everything you need to make your stay in our valley a memorable one.

The Port of Sóller is unmissable. The tour that takes you from the marina until the end of the bay is a lovely experience, especially in the evening. It is recommended that you do not forget the camera to capture the memories of the journey and the beautiful setting of the bay where the lights reflect on the sea.

If you have children, you may want to take them to the soccer field or the children’s playground. What else ? you may also rent a kayak and row around the beautiful bay.

Don’t miss the flea market that takes place every Thursday in the Port or every Saturday in the town center. You can park your car at home, but if you don’t have one, the tramway that stops 50 meters away will take you to the center.
