Tips for travelers

Before Checking-in:

• Please arrange your arrival individually with your host. If the host did not fix any times in the offer description, you are expected to "check-in" between 4 and 9 PM and to "check-out" before 12 PM noon. If you have special arrival or departure times, please make the necessary arrangements with your host.
• Please keep in mind that your host must confirm your booking within 24 hours after your reservation. If the booking was not confirmed, the host can offer you the booking subsequently, in case he missed the notification.
• Additionally, you can cancel a reservation if it wasn't confirmed. Thus you can start several concurrent reservations, if you need a accommodation at short notice. However, you need to immediately cancel all unconfirmed reservations, once you receive a booking confirmation.

During Check-in:

• Please show your host your booking number and some kind of identification, like your passport.
• Please pay your host the remaining amount in their local currency on arrival.
• Please arrange with your host if they will provide you with keys to the accommodation. In either case, you should define when and how you can access your accommodation during your stay.

During your stay:

• Although we are convinced that there is no risk in staying in a foreigner's home, you should not leave money or objects of value unattended or in plain sight.

After your stay:

• Please rate your host and his/her accommodation on gloveler.com.
