Hello,
I offer my living room sofa to women only for short-term stays in the Munich area, e.g. to seek an appartment or for an job interview, etc.
The flat was built in 2002, and is quite modern. The apartment has 59 sqm, with a total of 2 rooms (you will be sleeping in the open living room / kitchen) and 2 balconies. The flat is quite bright, as it is build in a penthouse style.
The house has electronic opening doors and an elevator.
In the mornings I usually get up at around 6 a.m. and will be leaving the house towards work at around 7:30 and expect you to leave with me, as the key is not included. Of course, coffee is included in the price :)
Smoking is not allowed, neither are partys, inviting people over nor drugs.
I am a business professional who is always at work and only at home in the evenings. A rental of my sofa is usually only possible at weekdays, as on the weekends I am not in Munich.
You can "check in" latest at 9 p.m.

Poing ist ein Ort mit ca. 22.000 Einwohnern 20 Km. östlich von München. Die S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 3 mins. zu erreichen und fährt ca. 20 mins. in die Innenstadt.
In Poing selbst gibt es wenig zu sehen, weil es eigentlich ein zu groß geratenes Neubaugebiet ist, in dem viele Geschäftsleute und Familien leben. Aber als reine Unterkunft ist es ruhig gelegen, und man ist schnell in der Stadt.
