The renovation of the flat (35 m²) was just finished end of March, 2012!

Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of an old Viennese courtyard building (constructed in 1850) in Viennese 15th district, absolutely quiet! Rooms of 3.5 m height are typical for end of 19th century period, as well as the more than hundred years old sanded floorboards.

Ideal for trips to Vienna with easy access: 2 subway-stops from "Westbahnhof ", 2 subway-stops from "Bahnhof Meidling", bus+subway from the airport. No free parking for cars!

The subway stations are U4 and U6 just 5 minutes by feet away, so you are ideally connected to Vienna's City and its attractions: State Opera House (7 minutes), St. Stephans Cathedral, Hofburg, Rathaus, Parlament, a variety of museums like Albertina, Museumsquartier, Museum of Applied Arts/Contemporary Arts (MAK) , Museum of Fine Arts, Jewish Museum and so on…, pedestrian zones and shopping malls like Kärntnerstrasse, Kohlmarkt, Tuchlauben, Graben, Mariahilfer Strasse, Naschmarkt and so on… Schönbrunn is nearby, a short walk or 1 stop by the U-Bahn!

The studio was renovated in 2012, it´s furnished in new & modern style. A convenient bed (160x200cm), a new convertible sofa, dining-table with chairs for 4 persons, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, floor with wardrobe.

In case of need of a third bed: The sofa is convertible and may be converted to bed of size 110x197 cm. Studio is ideally shaped for 2 persons
