It is not really important if you visit Vienna on a business purpose or you would like to enjoy your holidays in our beautiful city - your stay in our completely equipped apartment will be a real pleasure to you.
We offer you, your family and friend’s sufficient space, full comfort, private and pleasant atmosphere at our central and though QUIET location.

We offer you a light-flooded 4-rooms-apartment: 3 bedrooms /6 beds/ (windows looking to a courtyard) and a big living-dining-room with a top-quality wood parquet flooring (cherry-wood).

Apartment Mariahilf is located *right next* to the subway station (U-3 Zieglergasse), 200m away from the elegant Mariahilfer Strasse, Vienna’s main shopping street.

The apartment offers a central location near the city and its attractions which include Stephansplatz -St Stephan's Cathedral, (five-minute metro ride away), Kunsthistorisches Museum, Karlplatz, Kohlmarkt, the Spanish Riding School, trendiest shops, the Museumsquartier, Raimund theatre, city hall.

The Spittelberg and Naschmarkt bars and restaurants offer culinary temptations and nightlife around the corner from the apartment.

The location of the apartment is ideal to fullfil all your wishes: It's at arm's length to Mariahilfer Strasse, one of the most favourite shopping-streets in the very heart of Vienna.

The underground station U3 – Zieglergasse and U4 Pilgramgasse are just around the corner (250 m i.e. 600 m away).

High-class full equipment 96m² apartment: Entry hall, a big light living-/dining room, top-quality kitchen, a commodious dining-table, Channel-TV. 3 very quiet bedrooms. All rooms can be reached through the central hall. The kitchen is completely equipped: dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, coffee-machine, as well as dishes for cooking and eating.
Within spitting distance you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets for your every-day shopping.
Bathroom for your relaxation with a shower AND bathtub. WC is separately.

Flat-screen TV in the living room and in the bedroom, radio, articles for your toilette, towels, bed-linen, wardrobe as well as a washing machine – this all is at your disposal.

If desired, we can also arrange a first-class masseur to come to the apartment for a relaxing hour after your exhausting programme. This is however to be charged separately.
