DEPENDS ON HOW YOU WALK
Only a short 10-15 minute walk to the Ferry, which takes an approximately 25 mins an easy relaxing ride into lower Manhattan. While riding the ferry, you are enjoying beautiful views of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and the view of Manhattan skyline. The 9/11 World Trade Center is walking distance or a train ride away after arriving in Lower Manhattan. The Ferry, which is FREE of charge, runs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. THE FERRY NEVER STOP RUNNING!!!!!
Easy access getting to Time Square , Central Park, Brooklyn
There is FREE street parking across the street from the house. No need to move your car once you park it.

The house is close to convenient stores, restaurants fruit/vegetable markets,cafes, laundromat, St. George Theater, 9/11 Memorial, and the Staten Island Minor Yankee Stadium

This is a beautiful apartment for 5 guests in a large house with its own private entrance. It is very clean and well decorated has 2 beautiful bedrooms with a dresser/chest, king size bed in first room and queen size bed in the next room, which accommodates 5 people.The apartment has an average size closets in both rooms, bathroom with tub and shower, dining table, Cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access. In addition, a refrigerator, full size stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and an entire equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, glasses and more, but of course, you may preferred to eat out, after all YOU ARE ON VACATION!!

Getting around
Get your camera ready! Only a 5 minute ride to the FREE Ferry that gives you up close shots of the Statue of Liberty (5 minute free transfer bus ride, which you can secure right outside the house), gets you into lower Manhattan in 20 minutes. Or you have the option of Express Bus (X13, 14, & 16) into downtown. The ferry runs every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; after midnight it runs every hour. Bus service is right outside the front door, and close to above-ground train station. If you prefer to drive, the apartment is located approximately 1.5 miles from the Verrazano Bridge into Bay Ridge, Brooklyn OR approximately 7.5 miles from the Goethals, Outerbridge and Bayonne Bridge into New Jersey.

Wifi, internet service, cable T.V can sit outdoor on the porch and see the outdoor view.
There is a yard space at the front and back of the house & the side for your use.

The Neighborhood

This is a safe neighborhood to walk day or night. There are stores that is open up to 10 pm
at night to get a quick bit.

Getting around

A CAR IS NOT NECESSARY!!!!
If YOU DRIVE THERE IS FREE STREET PARKING ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HOUSE!!!!!

10-15 minutes walk to the FREE Ferry or
There is a bus that stops two doors away from the house getting home. Going to the Ferry a bus also can take you to the Ferry and transfer you to any bus to where you want to go.
