This apartment meets the needs of the guests, who appreciate a refined setting.
In the summer of 2011, the apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with quality materials and attention to detail.
At 71 square meters, they have a kitchen with a dining area, where they will find everything a household needs - including a dishwasher - a bedroom with 2 double leather beds and a large living and dining room with an additional sofa corner, separated from the living area was (a total of 6 beds). The center of the living room is a white leather couch. The bathroom is like the kitchen in black and white and has a bath.
The house has its own free car park and in the basement they have a washing machine available. Also, the existing Internet access is included in the price, as well as a thorough and intensive cleaning after every check out.
The location of the apartment is very convenient: The direct approach is just 3 kilometers from the city center and the highway. Who wants to stand rather leave your car on our own large car park, can take advantage of the very well-organized bus operation as a bus stop directly in front of the house is furnished.
Who wants to eat well, and who wants to enjoy French flair, find opportunities in the area of 50 to 1000 meters. Shops are at 200 m.

„Eine absolut empfehlenswerte Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Bushaltestelle zur Innenstadt vor dem Haus, Frankreich in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Autobahn ist allerdings laut hörbar, das ist aber wirklich der einzige "Makel". Frau Burghard war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Jederzeit wieder :-)"
