My modern fully-furnished apartment is on the top (6th) floor, with lift. It has a 30 sqm living room, a large double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and roof-terrace.
In the living room there is a very comfortable double pull-out sofa, dining table/chairs, computer desk, wall units, TV/video/DVD and a free wifi internet connection.
There is also a TV/video in the bedroom.
The small modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, vanity unit and shelving.
There is also a small lobby for coats, and umbrellas!
The 5 sqm roof terrace faces south-west and catches the sun from 11am until sunset. There are ample shops, restaurants, bars etc within a couple of minutes walk. An open-air swimming pool is only 5 minutes away, open Summer and Winter.
Bed linen and towels are provided, plus a welcome pack of tea, coffee and fruit juice.
The apartment is great for couples, families or small groups of friends visiting the wonderful city of Munich and Bavaria.
Even if the dates you need are listed as not available, I may still be able to suit your requirements. Just ask!
During the Oktoberfest the charge for extra guests is €25 per person per night, instead of the usual €10. For stays of one week or more part of these extra charges may be negotiable.
I will normally be there for key handovers and to show guests the immediate neighbourhood. Check-in and out is fairly flexible. There is no fixed cleaning fee but a reasonable amount would be deducted from the deposit if needed.
