In the heart of Tuscany, just below the the small village of Moncioni, lies "Ventena Vecchia antico frantoio". All interiors were design in a tastefully refined manner, within this fascinating history, into the most modern concepts of hospitality.
In this idyllic property full of charm you expect 10 individually apartments are styled and decorated with antiques furnitures. Satellite TV safe, floor heating are required.

The generously designed apartment is located in the oldest part of the terraced houses. With its 58 sq metres, it provides room for 2+2 persons. The living room is also furnished with an open fireplace and a convertible sofa to sleep. From the window, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Val d’ Arno (River Arno Valley) as far as Arezzo. The modern kitchen is completed by a large dining table that affords seating for four persons. It is fitted out with a glass-ceramic cooking zone, an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and dishes. The kitchen opens invites creative cooking of the delicacies brought home from the market.
The modern bathroom (with spacious shower, WC, bidet and a granite washbasin) is tiled with travertine stone. The antique furniture, including an impressive double bed 2x2 m, conveys the charm of the past. From the bedroom, you can see the gently curved Chianti Hills and the Val d’ Arno (River Arno valley).

In the high and middle season bookings only from saturday to saturday possible.

Price of final cleaning: 50 Euro
Prices per apartment/week includes: water charges, electricity, bed linen, towels. Extra Towels-change € 5,00 per person.
Pets € 50.00 per week. In the winter months Heating supplement
