The newly renovated & furnished apartment located on the 3rd Floor of the "Vivadi hotels" only 200 meters from Central Station. Outside the door there are cafes, bars, supermarkets, department stores and restaurants. The shopping street Kaufinger Strasse, the Marienplatz with the famous Glockenspiel, the old botanical garden, some museums and more atractions are within walking distance of 10 minutes. Perfect connection to all long distance trains, subways and commuter trains 2 minutes by feed. A large car park is directly opposite.
Facilities: Fast Free Wifi and LAN, LED TV with multilingual channels, hi-fi system with radio and CD player, DVD player, Microwave, Cookingplate, CD's, books, DVD's, toaster, espresso machine, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board. In the italian restaurant on the ground floor of the house you can have from 7:00 A.M. a good and reasonably priced breakfast. If you have an appointments, or have to wait: behind the lobby there is a small lounge with TV 24h open.
The house Marsstr. 6 is from the northeast side of the main station 200 meters away. You do not need a taxi, it is only 3 minutes walk. From the airport it goes every 20 minutes with the S-Bahn line 8 towards Central Station. Tickets are available at the vending machine in the central region. Please do not smoke in the room and of course observe the night. You will be personally greeted and get the key on the spot.
