The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen and a laundry room in the basement.
A 55 inch HD TV and SKY + Internet WIFI supplied with the kit.
A garage (parking lot) in the house is optional (15 €) is still available.
The apartment is very quiet in Schwabing in the backyard of a small back building. No 20m in front of the house runs the tram with a direct connection to Karlsplatz-central Munich. From there, it takes 5 minutes to Oktoberfest.
Alternatively you can use the U3 drive that is accessible (by foot) in about 10 minutes.
Even supermarkets (Tengelmann, Penny) and restaurants are nearby.
The Luitpold Park can be reached in 3 minutes walk.

„Die Wohnung ist nicht rollstuhlgeeignet, das Haus besitzt keinen Fahrstuhl und die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage. Lediglich im Flur befand sich ein schmaler Schrank zur Unterbringung der Mäntel (Flurgarderobe). Im Schlafzimmer waren alle Schränke abgeschlossen, sodass die Kleidung im Koffer verbleiben musste. Der auf den Fotos abgebildete Kaffeevollaiautomat war nicht vorhanden."
