63m2 2room + Modern Apartment in Schwabing

I rent here my beautiful apartment in the heart of Schwabing. The floor of the apartment is fully equipped with parquet flooring and the bedroom has recently been completely renovated. The bathroom was redone 2 years ago and got a designer decor and has a bath. In the bright approx 13m2 master bedroom has a double bed :). For 2 additional guests there is the opportunity on the couch in the XXL huge living room to sleep. This is much larger than a double bed and one can stretch a duvet cover on the bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Cook for myself, of course, everything is available, pots, pans, etc. The newly Renovated Walk-in closet was superbly decorated with three bars of a craftsman and provides enough space for lots of clothes.
The apartment is ideal for two people or a couple with children.

In the warmer months you can enjoy breakfast on the lovely flowered balcony or eat in the evening and drink a glass of wine.
Otherwise, it is the smokers among you for quartz.
I myself live just 15 minutes walk from this apartment and am always be reached by phone. Should there be a small problem, of course I'll help you gladly.
Fresh towels and fresh linen are included in the price with me and be replaced once per week.
The ultra-fast wireless / internet is free of charge for my guests. The access code you get from me with the keys to be handed over personally. There is also a cyclebasement to have your entree with the house key.
If you arrive by plane, I can give you if necessary. at previous consultation to pick up a little pocket money from the airport.
For longer stays can also be cleaned out of me for a fee to be ordered, but this is not required of me.
Two bicycles are available to you free of charge.
The apartment is located on the top of a cul de sac and is therefore extremely quiet. Therefore, there are also almost always a parking space right outside the front door.
The residential building was renovated complete five years ago and now shines in a Gorgeous White.
Thu. then a few words about the environment :::)
If you're going to get out of the front door, there are already numerous cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, bars, shops and of course numerous museums such as the famous Pinakothek. In about 10 minutes walk you are already at Münchner Freiheit or in the other direction at the Olympic Park.
You need 10 minutes by metro or bus .. for Oktoberfest

From the airport you take the best S8 to Hauptbahnhof, there ascend to the U2 towards Feldmoching and climb the Hohenzollern Platz. From there it is only 2min walk to your new home ;)
