Description

Die helle Dachgeschosswohnung mit ca. 70 m² ist frisch renoviert und liegt im Dachgeschoss eines sehr zentral gelegenen Mehrfamilienhauses in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Verkehrsverbindung in die Innenstadt und zur dOCUMENTA ist sehr gut, beides aber auch in ca. 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Kneipenmeile Kassels sind zu Fuß (2 Minuten) zu erreichen.
Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und WC. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Couch, die zum Doppelbett umfunktionierbar ist sowie ein Einzelbett. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett sowie einen Kleiderschrank. Beide Räume verfügen über TV. Alle Möbel sind diese Jahr neu angeschafft worden.

"This apartment could be perfect if the very friendly and helpful owner added a few details like some hooks in the bathroom to hang a towel and clothes while having a shower, maybe even a small shelf, hangers in the wardrobe (who travels with hangers???), an electric watercooker or at least a kettle and a pan to fry an egg or two. Just details, but they would make life easier and make you feel more at home."

"The apartment is in a central location of Kassel with good transport links. It is spacious, very comfortable to stay in, and in a nice quiet neighbourhood with the convenience of a nearby supermarket only five minutes walk away. The facilities in the apartment were good for a short vacation. The host was kind and very helpful. All in all it made our visit to the Documenta Art Fair a very pleasant experience."

"Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, die Lage des Appartements hat für unseren Zweck, nämlich den Besuch der Documenta, sehr gut gepasst. Der 4. Stock ohne Lift ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das muss man halt als sportliche Herausforderung sehen. Ein Tipp an den (sehr netten) Vermieter: Ein paar Vorhänge oder Jalousien wären eine gute Idee."

"We came to visit Documenta 13 and we enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location is ideal and apartment very clean and quiet. Some small changes that could be made for future guests would be higher quality linen and larger bath towels. Also some hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes and a bath mat in the shower room would make any guests stay more enjoyable."
