Bed linen and towels are included. In the cellar you will find several washing machines that can be used for a small fee. Wireless Internet access (wifi) is provided in the whole apartment for free.
The apartment provides you with an individual accommodation experience. The rooms are heated by an underfloor heating which functions as an air conditioning in the summer. Guests share the bathroom with the host. The bathroom is very spacious and handicapped accessible.
The comfortable balconies with mountain view offer the opportunity to end the day by watching a beautiful sunset.
You can prepare your breakfast in the cozy kitchen or have a breakfast next to the guesthouse in the bakery.

Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy implies that you can cancel your booking free of charge one week before your arrival. In case of cancelling the booking within the seven days or in case of a no-show you will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the price of the first four days of your booking.

„Wir hatten zwei Doppelzimmer für 2 Paare gebucht und ohne Rückmeldung eine Ferienwohnung mit Stockbetten für alle, einem Durchgangszimmer für eines der beiden Paare zugeteilt bekommen, dabei war auch die Ferienwohnung keine abgeschlossenen Einheit, sondern weitere Leute haben das Bad sowie die Küche mitbenutzt. Die Küche war dreckig. Der Internetauftritt hatte ein ganz anderes Bild vermittelt. So war es im Ganzen eine Zumutung."
