Welcome to the Ruhr metropolis (ECOC) Essen / Ruhr! In the first Floor of a well-kept house I rent an apartment, complete. furnished with kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 pers., A 1.00 m bed, fitted kitchen with microwave, washing machine and complete. Furnishings, laminate floor and desk.
A new big modern flat screen television LED 32 inches stands at the possession with USB connection and specially DVD player! Moreover, I have furnished an older PC than guest computer, so that you can also remain on travelling further in contact with your customers and friends. Tallness 22 inches of monitor (also for laptop connection), phone, fax machine and Canon multi function printer (scanner incl.) are also available.
Fresh linen and towels are made of natural's, and it should still be missing on something else, no problem I live near and look forward to your visit!
The house is located within walking near Grugapark, exhibition halls, district court, hot spot Rüttenscheid. The nearest metro is 30 m, railway station, 5 minutes by tram. From there, one comes quickly to Essen, Düsseldorf, Bochum and Dortmund. The international airport Düsseldorf (DUS), only 19 km, driving service available on request!

„The host was very helpful and friendly, however the apartment/room was somewhat lacking. There was no hot water in the kitchenette, the ware boiler didn't work and there was only a little frypan,no pots. The lighting was extremely dim making it difficult to see and wash dishes, read etc? We did love the use of the washing machine and as I said the host was very helpful"
