In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Enjoy your meals in a homely and comfortable environment with a stunning view of the river Spree and Treptower Park from the ninth floor. Take advantage also of the wonderful large terrace with glass paneling. It feels as if you are floating above the river landscape!
The spacious living room comes with an additional large seating area. For your entertainment, there is a TV with a home-cinema-system including DVD player, cable TV connection and free Internet connection. We have made every effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible here!
The apartment has been fitted with high quality components right down to the smallest detail. Take pleasure in this spacious, luxurious living experience. A place to relax and explore.

There is a private parking space in front of the house. During the day, there is a reception service (doorman, concierge) at the entrance of the building. A fitness centre and sauna rooms are available in the building for you to use free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are installed in a separate room in the apartment.

The apartment is located in central Berlin, in the cosmopolitan city with an international flair, interesting buildings and many cultural activities, all in a unique atmosphere.
The city has many charming centres and the apartment is in a prime location to explore the sights of the city and to function as a starting point for all activities. In Berlin you will find many shops, nice cafes and restaurants.
You will be situated in the centre of the "island" Alt-Stralau, and although this is a central location, it is also very quiet. The Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden and other attractions can all be reached quickly. Also, you can simply stroll along the banks of the island and relax, right in the center of the city.

The apartment’s facilities:

A fitness center and a sauna are available for free in the building. During the day, there is a reception service (concierge) at the entrance. A private parking space is available in front of the building.

Berlin has a very well-connected public transport network. Many attractions are directly accessible. Owing to the central location of the apartment, most guests leave their car parked, or do not even bring it at all. There is parking available at the front building.
The apartment is located near the S-Bahn (inner-city train) station Ostkreuz. Several S-Bahn and underground lines, plus night buses and a taxi stand are all within reach from here.
The nearest motorway exits are located a few minutes drive to the north of the apartment (A114) or to the south (A100).

From Tegel airport, take the TXL bus to Hauptbahnhof (the Central Station), then travel with the S-Bahn to Treptower Park. From there, take the bus destined for Stralau and alight at the stop called Friedrich-Junge-Strasse (approx. 55 min. travel time)
From Schönefeld airport, take the S-Bahn directly to Treptower Park (25 min. travel time).

From Hauptbahnhof (the Central Station) take the S-Bahn to Ostkreuz. From there, take the bus 347 and alight at the stop Glasbläserallee (24 min travel time).
